Within 7 working days of payment, the initial questionnaire and read access, I deliver a 5 to 10 page PDF report with prioritised recommendations. I present it in a 45-minute meeting and propose the right package, at a fixed price valid for 30 days.

The audit becomes a concrete pack — Essential, Professional or Premium — with a defined scope and a clear timeline. No surprises later.

A plain-language contract sets out scope, deliverables, ownership and payment — 30 / 40 / 30. You sign, the first installment clears, the clock starts.

A detailed briefing, then design in controlled rounds — two revision passes — until the direction is unmistakably right before a line of production code is written.

Development happens on a private staging environment you can watch take shape. One revision round, then the build is presented for acceptance.

The site goes live after the final payment, and the code is handed over and becomes yours. The design and copy are authorised for your use, and I do not use or license them for anyone else. The warranty runs from final acceptance or launch, whichever comes first.

From launch, you can subscribe to a monthly Care plan. It includes daily backups in your hosting, monthly security updates, reports and, from Ongoing Care, hours each month for changes. There are three plans: Base Care, Ongoing Care and Priority Care. No lock-in, with 30 days' notice.
