Price and scope
The prices published for packages and projects are minimums, and the proposal fixes the final price for your scope. The Strategic Audit, the Diagnostics, the Consulting Session, the Team Workshop, Monthly Advisory and the Care plans have a fixed price. There are no discounts.
The intro call lasts 30 minutes and is at no cost. I learn your context, goals and timeline before discussing figures. If the project is not one for me, I say so.
The written proposal sets out what is in, what is out, the timeline and the instalments. As a rule, it follows the Diagnostic for Software and AI, or the Strategic Audit for Web.
The proposal carries a fixed price for that scope. No meter running, no surprises on the invoice. What you sign is what you pay.
